All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size or expectations
  • Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will only replace or refund an order if it arrives:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to our error

If your order meets one of the above conditions, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

To submit a claim, please provide:

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in your claim being denied.

If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (where applicable)

Virelia reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
